Yet, why is it that sometimes you can't be bothered to prepare a balanced meal for dinner, choose unhealthy foods, experience cravings or will perhaps eat when feeling sad, lonely, bored or late at night? These moments will set you back, so getting them handled is the key to real success. You can only truly conquer the causes of bad eating habits by getting your Inner Game handled. Doing this is easier than you might think. Get your Inner Game handled and weight loss success will be almost unstoppable.

Your Inner Game is about how you cope with daily food and weight loss challenges. Do you binge, overeat or eat sweet, oily or calorific foods to feel better, to give yourself a reward, when things get tough or when you feel that you deserve something nice?

Eating in an unbalanced way and cutting overeating is related to how you cope with challenges such as stress, anxiety or anger. Maybe your boss shouted at you or didn’t appreciate your work. Maybe you argued with a loved one or feared confronting them. What can happen next? You might then be tempted to give yourself some very powerful arguments, convincing yourself that it would be okay to binge on that cake or calorie rich pizza. Have you ever told yourself things like, "I deserve something nice," "It's only this one time" or "I need something sweet to make me feel better?" Have you ever told yourself that "I won't lose the weight" or "sensible eating is a waste of time because I'll just overeat and gain the weight back anyway?"

What is the Outer Game of Weight Loss? |
Your weight loss Outer Game includes what you eat and how you eat.
As a weight loss coach in London and emotional eating expert, I do not recommend what you should be eating. I leave this to experts such as dietitians and medical professionals. However an important factor in weight loss is how you eat. Next time you are around naturally thin people, take time to notice how they eat food and approach meals. Do they eat slowly or fast, do they stop eating even when there is more delicious food to be eaten? Naturally thin people actually relate to food in specific ways, often automatically without consciously thinking about it. I will teach you how naturally thin people relate to food. This will bring success at your 'Outer Game' of weight loss.

Jason Demant, the founder of Inner Game Life Coaching is a certified NLP Food Relationship Coach and an International Association of Coaches, Therapists and Mentors accredited coach.
Jason, known for his relaxed and calming manner, uses NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), life coaching and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques and a no nonsense coaching style which is direct and challenging.
Jason is also a member of the Jerusalem Coaching Institute's teaching faculty, providing life coaching training for health professionals.
